USA High Pressure Clamps

These USA Made high pressure clamps are the highest quality available on the market and provide the best seal of any other competitors high pressure clamps. Due to the chamfered sealing edge being equal at all points of contact to the Tri-Clamp face. These clamps are manufactured in an ISO 9001 facility and meet the 3A Hygienic standards. All fittings are put through 100% visual inspection and ovality and squareness tolerances are inspected with calibrated equipment. Surface finish is inspected with a calibrated profilometer to ensure the Roughness average (Ra) maximum is not exceeded. Once you compare them to a foreign made clamp you will see the difference in quality.

Best Value Vacs recommends tightening these High Pressure clamps to 20-30LBS of torque. We do not recommend tightening high pressure bolts with an impact gun because this may cause threads to jump or be marred which can cause failure of the bolt or seal.
